Introduction
We are proud of the high ratio's of adults to children in our groups. This ensures that the individual needs of each child are met.
We aim for all regular staff to hold the following qualifications: basic child care; safeguarding children; equality and diversity; first aid and signing. Additionally, at least one member of staff from each class will hold a food hygiene qualification, special educational needs training and behaviour management training. Full details of training are found on the pre-school prospectus.
